We’ve made it easy to receive your ZazzBerry order in the way that suits you best — either via courier delivery or collection by appointment.


🚚 Courier Delivery

All courier parcels are booked through BobGo, which compares trusted couriers (including The Courier Guy, Fastway, and others) and automatically selects the most efficient option for your area.

Order Cut-Off Times

• Orders placed and paid by Friday at 5:00 PM will be dispatched on Monday

• Orders placed and paid by Wednesday at 5:00 PM will be dispatched on Thursday

Orders placed after the cut-off times will be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.


Standard Shipping

Best-value courier option for your area.

Ideal if you’re happy to wait a little longer and want the most economical option.


Express Shipping

Fastest available courier option for your area.

Best for urgent or time-sensitive orders.


Remote area deliveries may take slightly longer. Please note: some couriers may not deliver to farms, plots, hospitals, power stations, chain stores, or certain townships.

Collections are available by appointment only.

Collection orders follow the same preparation schedule as courier orders and will be ready on:

Once your order is ready, you will receive an SMS or email with collection confirmation, address, and time slot.

• No walk-ins without confirmation

• Collection details are only shared once the order is ready


⏱ Estimated Delivery Times

Once your parcel has been dispatched on Monday or Thursday, typical delivery times are:

• Main centres: ± 1–3 business days

• Outlying / regional areas: ± 3–5 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations (public holidays, weather, strikes, etc.). You’ll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp as soon as your parcel has been handed to the courier

Please ensure you are ordering the correct size for your nails. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to email us to request a sizing chart or assistance before placing your order.

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

Because each item is custom printed to order and for hygiene reasons:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

If there is a mistake on our side or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review the case and work with you on a suitable resolution.

Why no Exchanges ?

All ZazzBerry Nail Decals are custom printed per order to ensure the highest quality and uniqueness for every customer. Additionally, due to hygiene standards and the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges, even if the incorrect size was ordered. Thank you for understanding!

Why do you only ship once a week?

We batch all printing and packing on Mondays to keep quality consistent, reduce waste and manage courier costs. This allows us to focus on getting each order right.

What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed by Friday at 10:00 AM → ship on Monday.

Orders placed after Friday 10:00 AM → ship on the following Monday.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp. You can then follow your parcel’s journey with the courier.

Can I collect my order instead of using a courier?

Yes. You can choose Self-Collection (Centurion) at checkout.

We will notify you once your order is ready and arrange a collection time.
