All courier parcels are booked through BobGo, which compares trusted couriers (including The Courier Guy, Fastway, and others) and automatically selects the most efficient option for your area.

Order Cut-Off Times
⢠Orders placed and paid by Friday at 5:00 PM will be dispatched on Monday
⢠Orders placed and paid by Wednesday at 5:00 PM will be dispatched on Thursday
Orders placed after the cut-off times will be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.

Best for urgent or time-sensitive orders.
Remote area deliveries may take slightly longer. Please note: some couriers may not deliver to farms, plots, hospitals, power stations, chain stores, or certain townships.

Collections are available by appointment only.
Collection orders follow the same preparation schedule as courier orders and will be ready on:

Once your order is ready, you will receive an SMS or email with collection confirmation, address, and time slot.

Once your parcel has been dispatched on Monday or Thursday, typical delivery times are:

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations (public holidays, weather, strikes, etc.). Youâll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp as soon as your parcel has been handed to the courier

If there is a mistake on our side or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Why no Exchanges ?
All ZazzBerry Nail Decals are custom printed per order to ensure the highest quality and uniqueness for every customer. Additionally, due to hygiene standards and the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges, even if the incorrect size was ordered. Thank you for understanding!
