All courier parcels are booked through BobGo, which compares multiple trusted couriers (such as The Courier Guy, Fastway and others) and selects the most affordable and efficient option for your address and chosen shipping speed.


Standard Shipping: Shipped via BobGo using the best-value courier for your area.


Dispatch day: Every Monday only.Order cutoff: Friday at 10:00 AM. Orders placed and paid after this time will be dispatched the following Monday.


Ideal if you’re happy to wait a little longer and want the most economical option.


Express Shipping: Shipped via BobGo using the fastest available courier for your area.

Dispatch Day: Every Monday, for orders paid before Friday at 10:00 AM


Orders paid after cutoff will dispatch the following Monday. Best for time-sensitive or urgent orders.

Why no Exchanges ?

All ZazzBerry Nail Decals are custom printed per order to ensure the highest quality and uniqueness for every customer. Additionally, due to hygiene standards and the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges, even if the incorrect size was ordered. Thank you for understanding!

What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed by Friday at 10:00 AM → ship on Monday.

Orders placed after Friday 10:00 AM → ship on the following Monday.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp. You can then follow your parcel’s journey with the courier.

Can I collect my order instead of using a courier?

Yes. You can choose Self-Collection (Centurion) at checkout.

We will notify you once your order is ready and arrange a collection time.

No walk-ins, please – collection is by appointment only.
